MEDI-WINGS BY APINNA, A BOLD NOVICE

Hi, my name is Pina. I am a spiritual healer, who has treated 1000s of people over the last 26 year of practice. I've observed my clients comfort which was compromised by the inability to stretch their arms out comfortably and fully. Medi-Wings is created to solve this observed need for people on treatment tables and at hospital settings.

I was unable to find a suitable product that can be positioned and adapt to any body shape or size. As a frustrated therapist and frustrated costumer, I decided to create the solution to this problem; And so I did! I designed Medi-Wings, an out of the box idea - a set of un-attached arm supports.

Medi-Wings is an unique product without a predecessor. Patient positioners do exist. However they are bulky, attached to the tables and beds and often not suitable for patients in a supine position. The unique, ergonomically designed arm supports are created to offer instant support, using the principle of counter balance.

Medi-Wings is a bold novice promising to fill up the gap in the arm support market that others have left, offering instant comfort to anyone working in the holistic sector, beauty world, conventional health care, hospital settings, therapist & clients/patients alike, just to name a few.

The therapist/caregiver has the freedom to position the Medi-Wings device to suit the client requirement, as it is designed to support people of all sizes and body shapes comfortably as part of a daily routine. The device is made of an ergonomic design for easy insertion under the hollow of the back.

It only takes a few seconds thereafter to enable the client to stretch out comfortably. Medi-Wings increases client's comfort and creates an instant atmosphere of caring, or the feeling of a bespoke treatment.

Patients on hospital trolleys are often uncomfortable and this is exacerbated when they need to keep their arms stretched out to availe a bespoke treatment. Medi-Wings also benefits the medical staff because it facilitates easier access to the arms of the patient by having to bend less low. E.g to insert intravenous drips/ blood transfusions.

                           Who's arm looks more comfortable?

It's features; innovative, white medical grade material, portable, lightweight, flexible, durable, and easily adjustable to suit the patient's need. The set is easy to use, to store, and to clean/sterilise with a alcohol based wipe or any current clinical protocols.
